1. general provisions 1.1 These regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”) define the rules of using the website www.konferencjakolagenowa.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site”). 1.2 The owner and administrator of the Site is the company Użyteczne Szkolenia Medyczne, based in Konin 62-510, 10/2 Królicza Street, registered under the REGON number : 302608363 NIP: 665 28 38 270 (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”). 1.3 Contact with the Administrator is possible at the following e-mail address: kamil.aikido@interia.pl and telephone number: +48 601 441 115. 1.4 By using the Site, the user confirms that he/she has read the Terms of Use and accepts its conditions.
2 Purpose of the Site 2.1 The purpose of the Site is to provide information on the Collagen Conference and to enable the purchase of tickets to the event. 2.2 All content on the Site is for informational purposes and is protected by copyright.
3 Terms of Use 3.1 Users of the Site agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and the provisions of the Terms of Use. 3.2 It is forbidden to: a) provide content of an unlawful nature, b) take actions that may interfere with the operation of the Site. 3.3 The purchase of tickets is made through a form available on the Site. In order to place an order, the user must provide true data.
4.4 Terms and conditions of the purchase of entrance tickets 4.1 The moment the entrance ticket is purchased, a binding agreement between the user and the Administrator is concluded. 4.2 All prices listed on the Site are gross prices, including VAT. 4.3 The purchase of entrance tickets is only possible via the Przelewy24 system. After completing the registration process, the user will receive an email containing a link to payment. Only after successful payment of the fee the user will be registered as a participant of the conference.
5 Cancellation and Refunds 5.1 The user has the right to withdraw from the entrance ticket purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the conference has not yet taken place. 5.2 In order to withdraw from the contract, a statement should be sent to the Administrator's e-mail address. 5.3 Refund shall be made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the statement of withdrawal.
6. responsibility of the Administrator 6.1 The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is up-to-date and truthful, but is not responsible for any errors or omissions. 6.2 The Administrator shall not be liable for any disruptions in the operation of the Site resulting from causes beyond its control, such as technical failures or acts of God.
7 Personal Data Protection 7.1 The Administrator shall process users' personal data in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy available on the Site. 7.2 Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the purchase of tickets.
8 Final Provisions 8.1 The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of any changes on the Site. 8.2 In matters not regulated by the Rules and Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
